What’s in an IRA?

Currently, over four trillion dollars are held in IRA*, with the vast majority sitting in traditional investments such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and cash. Where’s the rest? In non-traditional investments controlled by investors, such as real estate, precious metals, promissory notes, franchises, private equity, livestock, and just about anything else that can be imagined.

Why you should consider non-traditional investments?
