Arlington Gets Defensive

On September28, 2022, members of the Arlington (MA) Fire Department participated in defensive drivertraining in a simulatorprovided by the Massachusetts Municipal Association. On September18, 2022, the Committee of Merit held the 29th Annual Fire Service and Emergency Medical Services Awards and Recognition ceremony at the Capitol Centerforthe Arts in Concord (NH). Every day, members of the fire service, and EMS run towards danger, and perform heroic acts. The job itself makes them heroes, but some acts are recognized forgoing above and beyond.
