Randy Noll, SVP, West Region To our agent partners, this year has thrown everything at you it possibly could, and you have persevered. While the end may not be near, we are beginning to see light, and together we will push through. I wish you all a safe and warm holiday season, and the opportunity to relax, reflect, and recharge for the coming year.
Amie Voss, VP, Agency State Manager – CO, MT and WY This year has been tough, and the challenges great. Despite the stress and overwhelming environment, the bond between all of us has grown stronger and more powerful. I’ve come to appreciate my team, my Company and the agents we support even more. I’ve seen the care they have shown for one another, and it’s immeasurable. We’ve been in this together the whole way.
Cindy Guanell, Regional Underwriter, NTP and ITP 2020 has certainly brought about many changes to how we live our lives and how we communicate with one another. I am full of gratitude for the opportunity these changes have afforded me to spend more quality time with family and to get to know my co-workers and our agent business partners on a more personal level. As we see each other in our home environments, with dogs barking and children playing during virtual meetings, it brings a certain amount of closeness and appreciation for the small things in life and our ability to work together to get through these unusual times. Stay positive and stay safe as we look forward to the new year! I wish you all a healthy, safe and happy holiday and a bright, fresh 2021!

Lance Lewis, Area Underwriter As 2020 draws to a close, we take time to consider the changes that have taken place in our lives. While many have experienced challenges we could have never imagined, we somehow found strength we didn’t know we had. Whether it’s through our faith or the inner fortitude we draw on in times of trouble, we persevered. While we might feel a little battered and bruised, we tend to grow through difficulties, becoming stronger versions of who we are. Let’s hope and pray the seeds planted in the soil of the struggles of 2020 produce fruit of accomplishment in 2021. May God keep you and bless you!
