Sandy Plaven, Senior Underwriter Resilience – This is the word that comes to my mind when I think about our agents. You are the backbone of our industry, whether in big cities or small towns. This could not be more obvious to me in the adversity we faced in 2020. I hope for continued success in 2021 to all our agents and know together we can overcome any challenges!

Amie Voss, VP, Agency State Manager – CO, MT and WY This year has been tough, and the challenges great. Despite the stress and overwhelming environment, the bond between all of us has grown stronger and more powerful. I’ve come to appreciate my team, my Company and the agents we support even more. I’ve seen the care they have shown for one another, and it’s immeasurable. We’ve been in this together the whole way.

Randy Noll, SVP, West Region To our agent partners, this year has thrown everything at you it possibly could, and you have persevered. While the end may not be near, we are beginning to see light, and together we will push through. I wish you all a safe and warm holiday season, and the opportunity to relax, reflect, and recharge for the coming year.

Bobbi Espinosa, Underwriter 2020 brought new, unexpected challenges and volume to the business. It has been amazing to watch agents’ ingenuity to implement many changes and pull together to complete the endless tasks. It has been a difficult year no doubt, but I am certain that each one of us will come out of this with new perspective and strength.

CHRISTMAS DAY JANUARY 1ST

NEW YEAR’S DAY JANUARY 18 TH

Cindy Guanell, Regional Underwriter, NTP and ITP 2020 has certainly brought about many changes to how we live our lives and how we communicate with one another. I am full of gratitude for the opportunity these changes have afforded me to spend more quality time with family and to get to know my co-workers and our agent business partners on a more personal level. As we see each other in our home environments, with dogs barking and children playing during virtual meetings, it brings a certain amount of closeness and appreciation for the small things in life and our ability to work together to get through these unusual times. Stay positive and stay safe as we look forward to the new year! I wish you all a healthy, safe and happy holiday and a bright, fresh 2021!
