Remote Online Notarization (RON) and eClosing Resources What Type of eClosing are You Handling? Hybrid: an eClosing that involves eSigned eDocuments and wet signed paper documents. In a Hybrid eClosing, it is common to eSign all documents other than those that will be notarized or recorded, which are wet signed. In-Person eClosing (IPEN): an eClosing that only involves eDocuments, all of which are eSigned in the physical presence of a notary public who is authorized to perform in-person electronic notarization.

Remote Notary eClosing (RON): an eClosing that only involves eDocuments, none of which are eSigned in the physical presence of a notary. Instead, the documents are eSigned during an interactive, online audio-video session with a notary public who is authorized to perform remote online notarizations. Q How Do Title Agents Access Agent Print Pro? A Log into AgentNet® 1. Click the Agent Resource Center tab 2. Select Agent Print Pro

Users can upload their own content, use the system to design content or use one of the professionally designed templates. Q How Do Users Pay For Their Print Orders? A All orders require payment by credit card upon order submission. Q How Are Order Payments Processed? A Payments are processed securely using the Authorize.net credit card portal. Q Can Title Agents Pay For Real Estate Agent Orders? A No.

Q How Does This Differ From The Pass-Thru Marketing Program? A Agent Print Pro includes all marketing material previously available in the Pass-Thru Marketing Program, in addition to new content, a more robust customization tool, competitively priced printing and a wider variety of content formats, including greeting cards, postcards, stationary, social media graphics and more. Q Do Title Agents Need To Pay For Access To Agent Print Pro? A No. There is no fee to access or download content, but users are responsible for payments related to print orders. Q Do All Users Have Access To The Same Content? A All content is rights managed. Meaning title agents and real estate agents will only have access to their specific user-type content. For example: title agents can not view, create or purchase property promotion material meant for real estate agents, and real estate agents do not have access to title agent content.

Q Can Users Download Completed Material As .Pdf Documents? A Yes. Users can download .pdf Proof documents to save and distribute by email if preferred. Note: Agent Print Pro can not send content directly to your prospects.

Q How Quickly Are Orders Processed? A Most orders will require 2-3 business days for fulfillment, but some products may require additional time. Q What Shipping Options Are Available? A All orders will be shipped via FedEx Express Saver or FedEx Overnight services. Users will receive tracking number(s) via email upon shipment. Q Is There Training Material Available For Users? A Yes. Support material is available in the Agent Print Pro platform.

Some content may also be state specific and only viewable by applicable users in the state. For example: Texas Title Policy Rate Sheets, would only be accessible by title agents in Texas.

Title Agent Q&A Real Estate Agent Invitation Codes Q What Are Invitation Codes And How Are They Used? A Invitation Codes allow title agents to invite local real estate professionals to create Agent Print Pro accounts where they’ll enjoy access to hundreds of beautifully designed, customizable marketing templates, along with top-quality print production services. Templates available include: property promotion material, door hangers, greeting cards, yard signs, stationary and much more. Q How Do Title Agents Request An Invitation Code? A Login to your Agent Print Pro account via AgentNet and click Request Invitation Code under the My Account tab. Q Is There a Cost To Utilize The Invitation Code Feature? A Yes. There is an annual fee of $99 to activate an Invitation Code. Q Is There a Cost Difference Based On Agency Size? A No. Invitation Codes are created per title agency, so regardless of agency size, all employees of an agency will use the same Invitation Code. Q How Long Does It Take For Invitation Codes To Be Activated? A 7-10 business days. Activation will be confirmed by email. Q How Would a Title Agent Find Out If Their Company Already Has an Active Inviation Code? A They would contact their First American account representative or title agency leadership team. Q Should Title Agency Staff Use The Invitation Code To Create Their Own Accounts? A No. Title agent staff accounts are automatically created as part of their AgentNet access. Q Who Distributes The Invitation Code To The Employees of The Title Agency? A Agency leadership is responsible for sharing Invitation Codes with appropriate team members. Q Is There Marketing Material Available To Title Agents Promoting Agent Print Pro? A Yes. Marketing material is available to title agents in their Agent Print Pro accounts. Q How Do Real Estate Agents Use The Invitation Code To Request An Account? A Real estate agents will log onto www.AgentPrintPro.com and enter the Invitation Code to request an account.

Q Is There a Limit To The Number of Times an Invitation Code Can Be Used? A No. Q Who Approves Real Estate Agent Account Requests? A As part of the initial account request, agents must provide a list of authorized Account Approvers. When their Invitation Code is used to request an account, all specified Account Approvers will receive an email with links to approve or decline the request. Note: When a real estate agent requests an account, they are required to provide their title agency representative’s name along with Invitation Code and contact information, which will be included in the notice to Account Approver.

Q Is There a Way To Demo The Site For Real Estate Agents? A An AgentPrintPro.com demo account is available, with limited real estate agent content and features. Username: Sample | Password: Sample (PW is case sensitive)

Shipping Promo Codes Q Can Orders Be Shipped To The Title Agent’s Office For Personalized Delivery? A Yes. As part of the initial agency account set-up, title agents can elect to allow shipping to their predetermined offices, by use of Promo Codes. IMPORTANT: If Promo Codes are enabled, shipping charges will be billed to the title agent, and title agency staff will be responsible for receiving, sorting, handling and providing delivering services. If an agency does not elect to allow Promo Codes, orders will be delivered directly to the user and shipping charges will be billed to the user when their order is processed. Q Can Promo Codes Be Changed, Canceled And/Or Added? A Yes, Promo Codes are an optional feature and can be edited at any time. To request changes, a member of the agency’s leadership team can contact us at: contactus@AgentPrintPro.com. Q How Can a Title Agency Employee Find Out If Their Agency Has Promo Codes, And If So, What They Are? A The Agency Principal and leadership team can advise if Promo Codes were created, and if so, provide the Codes.
