On behalf of the Robb, Hoegl and Payne families, we are pleased to welcome you to the 2023 edition which celebrates the 18th consecutive sale. This trio of operations work so well together as they all share similiar beliefs and views. They always put their customers first in the way they breed their cattle. The Robb Farms operation has been responsible for many influential herd bulls working across the country and have walked some of the very best bulls the industry has seen. Their 2023 offering is extremely deep in quality with many bulls well represented by their sought after herd bulls, Stratton, Game Face and Big Red, to name a few. They also annually step up and purchae some of the most exciting embryos and pregnant recipeients that are shown throughout their portion of the catogloue. This offers new fresh genetics to their loyal, repeat customers we always see each year. The Reds are exciting beef bulls that are the right kind for todays industry. The Black bulls feature many calving ease options with many prominent Robb cow families up close in the pedigree and the Fullbloods although small in quantity are deep with quality with a polled, scurred and horned option all available, backed by exciting cows.

Hoegl Livestock has become world known for producing some of the most elite fullblood and purebred Simmental seedstock and their long list of repeat commercial buyers seen each year at this great event just speaks to their relevance in all aspects of the beef industry. They have diligently been working at incorporating some of the best polled fullblood genetics available and their offering for the 18th annual sale features mostly all polled and many Homo Polled options. It also will be one of their largest offering’s of Embryo Transplant bulls, both off of some of their own proven donor cows as well as some of the most exciting matrons within the industry. Their focus on building around elite cow families is extrmely evident in the 2023 offering. If you are looking for Reds, Blacks, fullbloods or all of the above, this will be one of the deepest offerings of the three you will find all spring.

The Payne family of Greenwood Cattle are truly a household name within the Canadian Beef Industry that have recieved global recognition as being home to one of the most elite herds of Angus cows. This years offering is truly their deepest set of Angus bulls to date and the large, impressive cow families represented is truly commendable and predictable to the new buyers. 97% of the bulls are either direct Embryo Transplant bulls or their dams are the result of the ET program themselves. The other bulls are mothered by the impressive working cows that are so noteable within the powerful Greenwood herd. These Angus bulls are hairy, soft made, strong footed and big nutted with many heifer bulls, cow bulls and big time maternal bulls very well represented. We feel these are some of the most exciting Angus bulls to be offered all spring with many options to suit all sorts of different operations.
