Kota (FIB : The ACB Kota team has arrested Sub-Inspector (SI) Satyapal Pareek in a nearly 6-year-old bribery case. The team produced him in the court from where he has been sent on remand for 2 days. The accused is a resident of Triveni Water Point, Oil Factory, Baran and presently posted in Kota Police Line.

Action taken against 2 Jhalana safari vehicles

Jaipur : Action was taken on two safari vehicles in Jhalana. The vehicles were banned for not being present on the safari time. A roster was cut off of vehicle owner Kunal Gangwal and driver Saurabh Saini was banned for 1 week.

Court No. 1, Jaipur. In the complaint, it is alleged that in a case registered in Baran Kotwali in the year 2016, in lieu of not being made an accused, the accused demanded Rs 5 lakh.

The complaint was investigated by Baran ACB. Probe revealed that Pareek had taken Rs 1 lakh from the complainant.

Vehicle owner Prem Prakash Pranami’s vehicle was also acted against and driver Shobhit was banned for a week. Action was taken on three vehicles on Friday also, said Range Officer Janeshwar Chaudhary.

MLA Dilawar files complaint against State Congress in-charge SS Randhawa for remarks on PM Modi

Gul Mohammad Kota: A police complaint was filed on Saturday against Rajasthan Congress in charge Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa by BJP’s state general secretary Madan Dilawar for his “threatening” remarks against PM Modi. Dilawar, who is also an MLA from Ramganjmandi in Kota district, filed the complaint at Mahaveer Nagar police station and, along with his supporters, sat on a dharna at its gate for some time, demanding the lodging of a case against the Congress leader for sedition and other alleged offences.

the allegations in the complaint were being examined.

In his complaint, Dilawar alleged that Randhawa, with an aim to provoke violence, “threatened to kill the prime minister”.

Congress workers were furious over the statement made by BJP MLA Madan Dilawar regarding Congress state in-charge Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa. Youth Congress workers led by Congress leader Shivkant Nandwana protested outside Mahavir Nagar police station against Dilawar’s statement. They demanded to register a case against Dilawar, or else the Congress workers would agitate with full force. He warned the state in-charge of Congress, Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa. He stated that they want to ask Madan Dilawar, a politician or a goon. All of the workers reached have come to file a case against him. If a case is not registered against them, they will agitate with full force. If the conduct of Madan Dilawar does not improve, there will be a gherao Dilawar and stop coming out on the streets. Shivkant said that ever since Dilawar became an MLA, he used to issue any statement to gain cheap popularity. Randhawa did not issue any such wrong statement for PM Modi.
