The man left seven audio messages in Hindi on the WhatsApp helpline number of the Mumbai Traffic police claiming

that the gangster’s henchmen have come to India to kill Modi. As the sensitive information was passed up the chain to the top brass of Mumbai police, all security agencies were put on alert. However, the threat turned out to be a hoax. An inquiry revealed that the man, a West Bengal native, was mentally unstable.
