30 girls in Barmer turn brand ambassador of ‘Beti Bachao’
Ruma Devi Foundation, working for the upliftment of the rural women, has taken an initiative under ‘Beti Bachao’ Abhiyaan

Barmer: With the aim to promote the education of the girl child, 30 girls from 30 villages of the district have been made brand ambassadors of Beti Bachao abhiyaan. The foundation has gifted a fixed deposit of thirty thousand rupees to each girl child. On the occasion chairperson of the Ruma Devi foundation

In her speech, Ruma Devi said that despite so many schemes and welfare programs launched for the welfare of girl children, the condition in rural pockets is still the same. Daughters from remote bordering locations are still far from mainstream development. “I myself belong to a remote rural pocket, I can feel the pain of these daughters and it always punched me to do something for these girls, she said.”
Ruma Devi said that it is good that 30 daughters from 30 different villages became the brand ambassador of Beti Bachao in the first year of their birth. “I hope that these girls will inspire the others to give equal priority to the girl child as to the boys, “ she said.
Campaign to be held for verification of tenants

Jaipur: The Madhya Pradesh Police will honour 36 police officials of the Dholpur and Karauli districts for rescuing 3 kidnapped shepherds from the Mandrayal police station area in Karauli. Director General of Police (DGP) Umesh Mishra informed that MP’s Chambal Zone ADG Rajeev Chawla had announced to honour 20 police personnel of Ka- rauli district and 16 policemen from Dholpur district with an appreciation letter and cash prize of Rs. 25,000.
“Shivpuri (MP) Superintendent of Police has informed us that 3 shepherds have been kid- napped from Vijay Nagar Police Station area of Shivpuri district. The location of kidnappers was traced in the Mandrayal police station area, following which, teams from 4 police stations were formed to rescue the victims.
A search operation was carried out and the shepherds were safely rescued. However, the kidnappers managed to flee from the spot,” said Karauli SP Narayan Singh Togas.
Jaipur: A campaign will be organised in the state for verification of tenants. Director General of Police (DGP) Umesh Mishra has issued directions and all SHO’s will check the documents of tenants residing in their respective areas & verify their record and background.
Changes in appointment rights of clerical staff Meanwhile, DGP
Umesh Mishra on Tuesday issued an order and made changes in the appointment rights of clerical staff.
Till now, IG Headquarters were authorised to appoint clerical staff, but now IG (Recruitment) will appoint assistant administrative officers and senior assistants.
Similarly, junior assistants will be appointed IG Recruitment and concerned IG and SP. Till now, IG Headquarters was authorised.

Sikar: Rajasthan High Court Chief Justice Pankaj Mithal laid the foundation stone of the court complex to be built on Sanwali Road in Sikar on Tuesday. The court complex will be ready in 15 months.
The 6-storey court complex will be built at a cost of Rs 85 crore. A budget of Rs 32 crore has been allocated for the first phase.
During this, Executive Chairman of Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority Mahendra Mohan Srivastava, Sikar District and Sessions Judge Rajendra Singh Chaudhary, President of Sikar Advocates Association Rajendra Kumar Sharma, including many officers and lawyers were present.
