Two labourers die of electrocution in Ajmer

Ajmer: Two labourer youths died due to electrocution in a house under construction on Kayad Road in the Ghooghra area. Both the labourers were brought to Jawaharlal Nehru Hospital, where the doctors declared them dead.

The deceased Mangal Meghwal is said to be from Mayapur & Monu Singh belongs to the Kirap-Masuda area. Protest and bandh in Bandikui, Suratgarh to make new dists

Sri Ganganagar/ Dausa: All the educational institutes in Sriganganagar’s Suratgarh will remain closed today in support of the demand of making Suratgarh a new district.

Private schools association has announced bandh. Five persons of the association will also sit in protest and start fasting until death at Pratap Chawk while youths will take out a bike rally from Trimurti chowk to Pratap chowk in the evening.

On the other hand, a dharna outside the SDM office in Dausa’s Bandikui in support of the demand of making Bandikui a district continued on the 5th consecutive day. Barmer: A 30-year-old man was killed over financial dispute, police said. The deceased was identified as Chandanmal Soni, a resident of Siner village. On Saturday, a man named Kishan Singh went to meet Chail Singh. During this, Chandanmal also went with them. According to the police, at Chail Singh’s house, there was some dispute between them over finances, following which Chail Singh and his 2 sons attacked Kishan Singh & Chandanmal. In the incident Chandanmal got severed injuries and he succumbed to death during treatment while Kishan Singh, who also got injuries, is undergoing treatment.
