Baunli: Mutilated pieces of the body of an 11-year-old boy were found in the field. The missing case was registered four days back at Batoda police station.

After the body parts of a child were found in the fields of Haripura village, a sensation spread across the entire area. The body parts found in the fields are said to be of the missing boy Gaurav Bairwa, said the police on Saturday.

Gaurav alias Golu went out to play for some time on April 3 and never returned back. After information, SP Harshvardhan Agarwala reached the spot. The ASP, Deputy, and Batoda police station personnel have reached the spot, while the Forensic team is collecting evidence, said the police. The confirmation has been made after identification by the father of the deceased boy.

Baran: Two men sentenced to life imprisonment

Baran: The ADJ court of Chabra in Baran convicted two people to life terms in jail on Saturday for murdering a man around six years ago.

The court convicted mobile phones were seized from the different spots. The raids against criminals across the district were conducted on the instructions of SP Parish Deshmukh. Sharma seeks 5% relaxation for EWS

Chairman Mahesh Sharma has written a letter to the CM Ashok Gehlot seeking relaxation of 5% marks for the candidates belonging to Economic Backward Classes (EWS) in the Pre Teacher Education Test (PTET-2023).

Sharma said that in point number-2 of the conditions of eligibility of the candidates in PTET-2023 by Govind Guru Tribal University, Banswara, candidates with 50% marks in an unreserved category & candidates with 45% marks in the reserved category have been considered eligible. Sharma said that since EWS have been considered as a reserved category by the state government, they should be given a relaxation.
