Dr Somya takes cleanliness oath by making a painting on the wall
First India Bureau Jaipur: The Greater Municipal Corporation is working towards making the residents of the city aware of cleanliness. Greater Mayor Dr Somya Gurjar administered an oath with the school students to keep the city clean. The mayor also gave a message by painting cleanliness messages for the common people on the wall behind the Rajasthan University. Gurjar appealed to the residents of the city to become concerned citizens and keep Jaipur city clean at all costs.
She urged the people to collect wet, dry, and domestic harmful waste coming out of the houses separately. Deputy Commission- er of Health, Mukesh Kumar Mund, chairman of the cleaning committee, councillor, and many other people were present in the programme.
Congress party’s national convention will be held in Raipur, Chhattisgarh from February 24 to 26 and many of the party MLAs of Rajasthan will be appointed as delegates. For this, the MLAs will be busy for three days.
