Comply With Sop On Accepting Electronic Copies Of Driving Licences
New Delhi: The Delhi HC on Thursday asked the city govt to ensure strict compliance of the motor vehicle law, including the standard operating procedure, on accepting electronic copies of driving licenses and other transport-related documents. A bench observed that no further orders were required to be passed in the matter as the central govt has taken steps in this regard and the Delhi govt was strictly following the statutory provisions and protocols.

Kochi: A CBI court in Kerala’s Kochi on Thursday directed the media not to publish the statements of witnesses in the Periya twin murder case where two Youth Congress workers were brutally killed in the state’s Kasargode district in 2019. INDIAN WOMAN FILES SUIT AGAINST MADRID HOTEL IN ROBBERY CASE
New Delhi: An Indian woman has filed a lawsuit against leading hotel chain, Hilton Hotels, after she was allegedly robbed in its hotel in Madrid, Spain, where she stayed for business purposes. Jasmeet Kaur, CEO of KBI Industries and a resident of Noida, filed the lawsuit in the Court of Plaza de Castilla, Spain. Kaur shared her ordeal on social media and alleged that the robbers assaulted her and stole her belongings on January 27.
