Satish Poonia reacts on Kirodi’s remark, speculations of new LoP

First India Bureau Jaipur: On the question of becoming the Leader of the Opposition, BJP state president Satish Poonia said that whatever responsibility the party gives, he will fulfill it. On the appointment of the new Leader of Opposition, Poonia said that right now only imaginary things are going on. “The high command will take a decision on this at the appropriate time,” he said.

On MP Dr Kirodi Lal Meena’s remark on Poonia regarding not joining the paper leak protest, Poonia said that this is a personal statement of Kirodi Lal and he would not comment on it. “The party successfully carried out the programs of mass movement,” he said.

Poonia said that PM Modi has given a statement on ERCP. Congress only does politics on the issue of ERCP. Poonia said that connections have been made to lakhs of homes through the JJM. Cong has been in govt many times. Why didn’t he start any scheme other than the IG Canal Project.
