Jaipur: Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot held a public hearing at the Chief Minister’s residence on Monday. He gave instructions to the officers for quick solution while listening to the grievances of the common man. During this, people from different districts of the state expressed their gratitude to the Chief Minister for the welfare schemes and infla- tion relief camps of the state government. Common people said that they are getting a lot of relief from relief camps and PSKS/

PGKS. By getting guarantee cards in inflation relief camps, the eco- nomic condition will also improve and the savings of the family will also increase and such schemes should be implemented in the entire country. People from rural areas said that getting free electricity up to 2000 units to agricultural consumers would provide financial support. The Chief Minister went to the differently abled in the public hearing and interacted with them intimately.

Cornering chief minister Ashok Gehlot over the allegation of Sainik Kalyan minister Rajendra Gudha that Rajasthan government was going beyond “40 per cent commission of Karnataka government”, leader of opposition Rajendra Rathore on Monday said that the allegations of the ministers were very serious. Rathore demanded a high level inquiry into the allegations.

Court orders FIR against Cong’s Randhawa on Dilawar’s plaint

Kota: A court in Kota on Monday directed the police to file an FIR against Congress state in-charge Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa and submit the investigation report. A complaint was filed by BJP MLA Madan Dilawar in the matter of the statement made about PM Narendra Modi. Dilawar’s lawyer said that in March, a complaint was given against Randhawa at Mahavir Nagar police station. Police did not register the case. On Monday, the court ordered the Mahavir Nagar police station to register a case on Dilawar’s application.

Minister holds meet to review coal stock

Jaipur: Energy Minister Bhanwar Singh Bhati on Monday directed officers to keep in constant touch with Coal India, Chhattisgarh administration and Railways for ensuring adequate stock of coal and transportation of rakes.

In a meeting with senior officers, Bhati reviewed the coal situation, power generation and implementation of budget announcements.

He issued instructions to expedite the purchase of 3.38 lakh metric tonnes of imported coal according to the instructions of the Government of India for percentage blending with domestic coal.

Important points re- lated to Rajasthan Vidyut Prasaran Nigam, implementation of budget announcements, progress of under construction 220 and 132 KV GSS, schemes related to renewable energy, transformer augmentation etc. were discussed in the meeting attended by senior officials.
