Jaipur: A state-level workshop of Congress will be held today at the Birla Auditorium.
CM Ashok Gehlot, State day & took feedback on government schemes and other issues.
In-Charge Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa, PCC President Govind Singh Dotasra, Ministers, Congress MLAs, PCC and AICC members, district presidents and other local leaders of the party will attend the workshop and discuss the roadmap for the upcoming assembly elections.
Harish Chaudhary, while talking to the media spoke on party’s face in assembly polls, saying that it is party’s right on whose face polls will be contested.

CM Ashok Gehlot organised an Iftar feast on the 26th day of the holy month of Ramzan at CMR on Tuesday evening. On this occasion, prayers were offered for peace, prosperity and a healthy Rajasthan. Gehlot met the people from all over Raj observing fast and congratulated them for Ramzan. Dargah Khwaja Garib Nawaz Sadar Syed Ghulam Kibaria, Secretary Sarwar Chishti & Uqaddas Moini performed the ‘dastarbandi’ of CM Gehlot. The CM felicitated Ghulam Kibaria, Sarwar Chishti & Qari Abdul Sattar by offering them shawls after offering prayers.
Jaipur: The statement given by MoS Rajendra Gudha during public meeting in Khetri on Monday has stirred up a firestorm in the state’s political circles. While the state in-charge Sukhjinder Randhawa expressed his displeasure to CM Ashok Gehlot and State Congress President GS Dotasra regarding this matter, preparations have also been made to send the report to top leadership of the party.State Congress President GS Dotasra, CM Ashok Gehlot and State in-charge Sukhjinder Randhawa also discussed Gudha’s remarks published in newspapers during the one-to-one dialogue with Congress MLAs & also listened to videos of his statements. It is discussed that after sending report, the party high command may also take some action against Rajendra Gudha.
Jaipur: Former President Ram Nath Kovind visited the Constitution Park at Raj Bhavan on Tuesday. He appreciated the experience of seeing the historical journey from the making of the Constitution to its implementation alive in various art forms, describing it as amazing. He saw the art-forms of different phases of implementation of the Constitution at the park and described them as exemplary.
Kovind saw the artwork of the cover and preamble of the Constitution book, sculpture of the meeting of the Constituent Assembly under the chairmanship of Dr Rajendra Prasad, Constitution making and proceedings of the Constitution committees related to it, artefacts related to Indian culture, photographs, etc. He praised Governor Kalraj Mishra’s initiative. Jaipur: Former President of India Ram Nath Kovind on Tuesday visited Shri Nirmal Vishesh Yogjan Vidyalaya and Hostel located in Jaipur & took stock of teaching & training being provided here. Describing the school as real parents of these children, Kovind praised the efforts being made and training being given by the institution to connect the specially-abled students with the mainstream in the society. He said, “There is a change in the conservative thinking of society towards the specially-abled, which is a positive sign.” He said that as a civilized society, it is our moral responsibility to shun conservative thinking and bring light in their lives by connecting them with the mainstream. In the programme, a short drama titled “Friendship” by the students of the school sent a message of taking everyone along and supporting them in difficult times. Social worker JK Vaidya gave a cheque of Rs 2.5 lakh to the organisation. President of school IC Srivastava along with other officials and those associated with social institutions were present in the programme.
