New Delhi (ANI): The Enforcement Directorate (ED) in its chargesheet stated that the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) investigation done so far has revealed that, the Delhi Excise Policy, 2021-22 was created by the top leaders of the AAP to continuously generate and channel illegal funds for themselves.

ED further states that the extent of involvement and abatement of the criminal activities by the leaders of the AAP covered in the subject, Prosecution Complaint further substantiates their design and scheme of the scam.

CRPF sets up camp in Maoist stronghold after 17 years

New Delhi: The 165 Battalion of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) and the Chhattisgarh police have set up a Forward Operating Base (FOB) at Bedre in Sukma district, a highly Maoist-affected area of the state, after 17 years, said a CRPF official.

Guwahati: In two separate operations, police have seized contraband worth Rs 6-7 crore from the Karbi Anglong district of Assam, officials said on Thursday. ATS arrest another accused in GPSSB paper leak case

Gujarat (ANI): Gujarat

Anti-Terrorist Squad arrested one more accused, Sarojkumar Seemanchal Malu of Odisha on Thursday in the Gujarat Panchayat Junior clerk paper leak case.

The ATS confirmed that in total 17 accused have been arrested in the paper leak case. The Gujarat Panchayat Service Selection Board (GPSSB) recruitment exam that was being held for the position of Junior clerk on Sunday was cancelled.

Earlier with the ar- rest of Jeet Naik, Gujarat ATS Superintendent of Police Sunil Joshi announced that all the accused had been arrested in the Panchayat Junior clerk recruitment paper leak case with the total number of accused arrested being 15.

Jeet Naik, the accused who was held on Monday belonged to Hyderabad & was in charge of printing the question paper, said the ATS.

Bastar, an official said. A FOB was established in Kunder, located at a distance of 5 km from the FOBs at Bedre, Silger & 10 km from Jagargunda FOB.

As per data, till the emergence of the Maoist threat in 2006, the Jagargunda area used to be a trading centre for tamarind & other forest produce.

The CRPF said that with this camp, the administration would be able to decisively restore the trade route and pave the way for the economic development of area.
