she said women have played a very important role in shaping values and ethics in Indian society. Lauding the Brahmakumaris organisation for reviving Indian values by keeping women at the centre, Murmu said this is the world’s largest spiritual institution run by women and more than 46,000 sisters of this organisation are carrying forward the tradition of spirituality and Indian culture in about 140 countries.

New Delhi: Pawan Hans has started its helicopter services on six routes in Assam. These new helicopter services, launched under the RCS UDAN scheme, will provide connectivity on the Dibrugarh-JorhatTezpur-GuwahatiTezpur - Jorhat- Dibrugarh network.

The RCS UDAN of the Ministry of Civil Aviation is giving special impetus to providing air connectivity to remote places of northeastern states which have inadequate rail and road connectivity. Officials said the RCS UDAN helicopter services in Assam will boost air connectivity within the state by offering the fastest mode of travel to connect Tezpur, Jorhat, and Dibrugarh from Guwahati.
