This is a full Level 2 (Basic) Food Hygiene course certificated by the CPD Certification Service.

The course, which is in an E-book format, offers the following subjects: Why we need Health & Safety, legislation and enforcement, noise, electricity, fire, COSHH, workplace accidents, control measures for hazard, risk assessment, safe systems of work and good working practice.
The course is in an E-book format, written in a plain English user-friendly style to prepare candidates for the Level 2 food hygiene examination. The Online multi-choice exam is also included, and on successfully passing the exam the Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate, which bears the logo of the National Federation of Fish Friers, will be posted out to you.

This course consists of 7 easy to follow E-Video presentations which take you through legislation requirements, the allergic reaction process, how to do allergen risk assessments and responsibilities for allergen management.
