Burn the Meal – Home Screen • The home screen serves as a dashboard where you can see useful workout related stats • There are two options in the home screen
Statistics Mode
Progress Mode Shows total Monthly calories Pie graph with percentage of monthly calories that haven’t been calories burned burned burned
Can see total time, distance, calories, average rpm and max rpm

Burn the Meal – Calendar Setting
Calendar setting is where you add and keep track of the details for your monthly calorie intake Follow the process below to add meals/foods that you ate
Click on the date for when you want to add food
After you have named the meal, click on Add Food
Click on Subject field to name the meal
In the Add Food section, you can choose from Customize, Favorite and Library to add food

See all your favorite foods

Review food and click Add to Event
Select food
Review event details (either add more foods or click done to finish)
Can now see all the meals on the selected day

Click on icons to sort meals by date, difficulty (number of calories) and finished (completely burned all calories)
Click edit delete meals
Click to delete a meal, or click done to return back to calendar
