How it works Once you have set the correct pulse rate for the workout, the system will automatically adjust the speed (or the incline of the treadmill) to keep your pulse rate in line with the pre-set level and help you achieve your exercise goals safely. This is possible when telemetry data transfer between a transmitter and a receiver provides pulse rate information.
