If you want a cardio workout to strengthen your legs and butt ocks then jogging is the best for you, as it will increase your heart rate and stamina. Expect to burn between 120 and 180 calories for every ten minutes that you jog. Just keep in your mind that you have to walk briskly but take care of the time limits you have to follow according to your body mass.

Power Walking


Power walking is the best workout to meet your fitness goal. It raises your heart rate, help tone your muscles, lower high cholesterol and improve metabolism. You can walk on steep hills or on a treadmill, which increases your heart rate. It will be an excellent full body workout. So, go for it as it is the easiest workout with many benefits. It is always good to learn more ways to keep your body healthy and active. Cardio exercises are great to burn some fat. The best of all is the simplicity of these exercises.
