Information technology is one of the most exciting and challenging fields today. Technological breakthroughs, faster product life cycles, international competition and increasingly specialized markets demand a new generation of professionals who can integrate the latest principles, methods and techniques of both technology and IT management.

Program Requirements To be considered for admission to the MSIS, you must: · Hold a four-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. · Meet one of the following two requirements: 1. A minimum score of 500 on the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) and a minimum 3.0 grade point average (GPA) in upper-division undergraduate courses.

The GRE may also be considered.

2. A minimum of four years of work

experience in the IT field and a minimum 3.0 grade point average (GPA) in upper- division undergraduate courses.

Since the MSIS program is very demanding, preference is given to applicants who have MIS/CISrelated work experience or who have majored in CS, MIS, or CIS.
