2019 Golf Event Guide
Welcome to the 2019 golf season at The Country Club at Loch Lloyd. The Professional Golf Staff has worked diligently this winter to create a fun golf schedule for you this season. Our Majors kick off with The Scotty, May 16th-18th, followed by The Whummle, June 19th-22nd. The Club Championships will be separated again this year with the Men’s Gross Championship being contested during the weekend of July 26th-28th, and the Club Championships August 3rd-4th. The month of September will host The Brigadoon Classic, September 19th-21st. The 2019 Majors will be wrapped up with the playing of the Gross Match Play Championship, September 27th-29th. Tournaments are a great way to meet new friends and improve your game. We hope everyone plays in as many events as their schedules allow so we can continue to offer the highest quality tournaments. Highland Game The Highland Game is a fun competition that you may sign up for on the first tee. Each date will be a different format revolving around the PGA Tour’s Major Championships. These games are designed to add a little fun to your round without interrupting your traditional Saturday group. Guests are eligible, too.

Multi-Vendor Demo Day Saturday, April 20th 12:00 pm-4:00 pm One of the most exciting events of the year is back in 2019. Demo Day gives members looking to purchase new clubs the ability to compare all of the latest equipment on the same day! Titleist, Callaway, Mizuno, Ping and TaylorMade will be there with their latest and greatest.

The defending champions in each division receive an automatic #1 seed and all other players will be seeded by handicap index. Clash of Clans Friday, August 16th - Saturday, August 17th Format: Ryder Cup Style Competition. There will be two teams assembled. Teams will consist of the first 20 members who live inside the gate and the first 20 members who live outside of the gate. Both men and women are welcome. Time: Friday Saturday

PGA Junior League Golf PGA Junior League Golf is a fun, social and inclusive opportunity for boys and girls, ages 13 and under, to learn and enjoy golf. Like other recreational youth sports, participants will wear numbered jerseys and play on teams with friends. Players compete under the direction of your Loch Lloyd Professionals, who serve as Captains and Coaches. Teams compete in a popular two-person scramble format which will reinforce the team concept and create a nurturing environment for learning the game.
