Welcome Loch Lloyd Lady Golfers! We eagerly welcome the return of our members from last year and are excited about forming relationships with new members. No matter what level of golf you enjoy we have a program for all!
RUTH NEWBY PRESIDENT
Last year the LLLGA started the ladies 9-hole golfers. This is an enthusiastic, spirited group that enjoys spending Thursday evenings making new friends while learning the game of golf. Many of these ladies plan to join the 18-holers this year! If you’re thinking about joining the LLLGA, we hope you’ll “try us on for size.” We’re a welcoming group and we promise not to judge if it’s been a while since you’ve picked up a club!
Included in this special issue of the LLLGA News are details about OPENING DAY plu s an exclu sive (and com plim entar y) LLLGA Clinic to get the season started off right. If you haven’t yet joined the LLLGA, you’ll also find our easy-breezy Membership Application inside.
In addition to Opening Day, some of the special events we’re looking forward to in 2018 include “the Scotty,” our Member/Member Event held May 17th to 19th and The Brigadoon Ladies Member/Guest Event from September 19th to 21st. I personally can’t wait to play our beautiful course! The Zoysia grass has matured, the tall grass is taking hold, creek renovations on #17 are completed and you’ll notice improved aesthetics all around the course! Hope you can make golf a priority this year! See you on the course! Ruth Newby President Loch Lloyd Ladies Golf Association ruthannnewby@gmail.com
