As many of you have seen, our construction projects are well underway, and I appreciate your patience as we work to bring even more value to your membership. Since our team from J.E. Dunn arrived on July 29, they’ve been hard at work, and I’m thrilled to share some updates on the progress

Our fitness center will remain open through September 30. You’ll need to use the golf cart path and enter through the upper-level door closest to the clock tower to access it.
While we’re all eager to see the finished product, I want to emphasize the importance of safety during this exciting time The construction areas are managed by J E Dunn, and for your protection, no one should enter these sites Additionally, please be cautious around the construction zones, especially when driving
Thank you for your continued support and understanding as we work to enhance your experience here at Loch Lloyd. I look forward to seeing you around the Club and sharing more updates as we get closer to unveiling these exciting new amenities.

KIM PALMER
It’s been my pleasure leading the Loch Lloyd team during this time of transition and I am optimistic about the future as Ryan Craig has officially taken the reigns as Club President. He has incredible ideas, a sharp attention to detail and is the next step forward for Loch Lloyd.
I want to take a minute and update you on my plans. First, I am taking some time off; a sabbatical of sorts. Upon my return in mid-September, my role will change as I focus solely on the constituent experience throughout multiple Illig Enterprises. This does include Loch Lloyd although my time on property will be less frequent. While my role will look different, my goal remains the same – to support the Illig Family and their enterprises to ensure an intentionally crafted, phenomenal experience with every visit.
Brian reminds us it’s the members that make a Club great. I will take that a step farther and say it’s the members that have the greatest influence on the associate experience. I am grateful for the kindness and encouragement you have shown during my time here and proud to call so many of you friends. It’s been a professional high and a personal pleasure to get to know the Loch Lloyd membership and I am looking forward to what lies ahead for us all.
Take care and stay well,
- Kim Palmer

RAKING BUNKERS
Raking Bunkers is not just a courtesy but a MANDATORY responsibility for ALL players. Failure to rake bunkers is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
REPAIRING BALL MARKS
Players must repair their ball marks on every green. It is good practice to not only repair your ball mark, but to seek out additional ball marks on the green to repair.
PARINING UP ON GOLF CARTS
Please continue to pair up on golf carts. All members, regardless of whether you are using one of Loch Lloyd’s golf carts or your own personal golf cart, you should pair up when applicable. Two carts per foursome and if you are a five some, there should be no more than three carts in your group.
GOLF SHOP HOURS OF OPERATION
The Golf Shop hours will begin to change throughout the autumn months and September will be the first of the months that they change. Weather permitting.
September hours of operation will be 7:00AM – 7:00PM
See you on the first tee,
GOLF COURSE SUPERINTENDENT Grant Suderman
FALL AERIFICATION: SEPTEMBER 3RD - 4TH
Fall aerification is scheduled for September 3rd & 4th. The course will be closed during this process. We will be using smaller ¼” inch hollow tines compared to the ½” tines used for spring aerification. This less aggressive approach is being implemented to limit additional turf injury under higher stressed conditions. Greens will be fully recovered as early as 1 week following aerification due to this less aggressive approach. Thank you for your patience as aerification is critical for the long-term health of the greens.
