Good design is actually a lot harder to notice than poor design, in part because good designs fit our needs so well that the design is invisible, serving us without drawing attention to itself. Bad design, on the other hand, screams out its inadequacies, making itself very noticeable. ― Donald A. Norman, The Design of Everyday Things

THE Design Thinking process

Phase I EMPHATISE

gain an empathic understanding of the problem you are trying to solve

information gathered is used to develop the best possible understanding of the users, their needs, and the overall problem

Phase II DEFINE

analyse the observations and synthesise them in order to define the core identified problems establish features and functions based on the problemstatement in a human-centred manner

Phase III IDEATE

our designers will generate ideas and look for alternative ways to see the problem

Phase IV PROTOTYPE& IMPLEMENT

we produce a number of inexpensive, scaled down versions of the product, so we can investigate the problem solutions

we use different ideation techniques prototypes help to find the best gather feedback and solutions based on improve the idea the problem and through user and then test and team functionality investigate the ideas and design testing

Phase V TEST

we polish and finetune the final product based on insight and knowledge from the prototype and testing phase we iterate steps to create the best product and refine requirements tailored for your users
