The UK’s population is growing and ageing. There are now nearly 14.7 million people in the UK aged 60 and above – creating a care industry worth more than £8 billion. By 2030, the number of over 60s is expected to pass the 20 million mark*. This alone demonstrates the increase in long term demand for home care services.

REEVOO Reevoo is an independent review company known for accurate and trusted reporting on products and services across many different industries. We have contracted Reevoo to collect in-depth and impartial customer feedback, gaining the thoughts and experiences of your customers and gauging their satisfaction levels across a number of set criteria. Reevoo will use this information to produce ‘Trip Advisor’ style reviews and star ratings that give potential customers an accurate, independent and trustworthy assessment of the range of services and the high quality care you provide, allowing them to make an informed care choice.
These reviews are linked to your website, helping to improve your visibility online by boosting click through rates from search engines by up to 20%. We will use the Reevoo feedback to drive continuous service improvements and to recognise franchisee excellence. When you meet customer satisfaction targets, we will reward you with a percentage of your monthly management fee back.

We cannot accurately predict your turnover or your profits as this will be dependent on a variety of external influences, not least your own desire to take on business and grow. However, we can provide you with an indication of what you may be able to achieve with your level of commitment, the teams put in place and the characteristics of your chosen territory.
At Expertise Homecare, we have simplified the business start up process, allowing you to focus your time on driving your franchise forward. From payroll and marketing plans to telephone packages and supply chain selection, we have removed the hassle and cut the costs.
Considering these factors we would hope that you will be able to achieve an annual net profit figure (EBITDA) of over £120,000 within three years of commencing trading although this figure is not guaranteed and is not a promise of performance since the level of your profit will depend upon many factors outside our control.

THE FINANCE FACTOR The cost of an Expertise Homecare Franchise has been set at £34,000 excluding VAT with an ongoing monthly management fee of 6% excluding VAT. There is an opportunity to receive a reward bonus of 1% of your monthly management fee if you achieve financial and customer satisfaction targets.*

Please note that we estimate that a further capital investment in excess of £40,000 will be needed to cover additional operational costs. Accessing financial funding and capital can be difficult for new businesses, but banks frequently favour franchised operations due to the reduced risk of this model.
