SIM Memberships

Membership fees for those living within the Town (residents) shall be $10 per person per year. Membership fees for those living outside the Town (non-residents) shall be $20 per person per year. Day passes can be purchased for $1 for residents and $2 for non-residents. Lunch Program

The Town of Flower Mound Seniors In Motion program offers lunch for seniors 50 and older. Metroport Meals on Wheels will be providing and serving the food from local restaurants on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Lunch begins at noon and is $4 per person. The Seniors In Motion program serves staff-prepared lunches each Friday for $2 per person. For more information, please call 972.874.6110.

OLLI at UNT

OLLI provides lifelong learning programs that foster intellectual stimulation and social engagement through an extensive array of classroom and experiential learning opportunities designed specifically for adults 50 years or better. OLLI at UNT offers courses on Mondays and Wednesdays at 2:30 p.m. taught by university professors that cover topics such as politics, art, history, music, science, and more! In addition to these seminars, OLLI members can attend additional seminars at five locations throughout Denton County, and attend special lectures as well as local trips around the Metroplex. Fall classes will be held virtually via Zoom.

SPECIAL EVENTS Active Adult Health & Resources Fair

Amerilite presents a unique health and resource fair for adults over 50 who want to live active, healthy lives. Vendors will provide information on health and wellness, nutrition, fitness, caregiving, and senior housing. Attendees can also receive free flu shots and health screenings.

Veterans Day

Seniors In Motion will celebrate the brave men and women who have honored our country with their service with a special luncheon and patriotic performance. Veterans eat free! RSVP by November 9.
