Pajama Story Time
Come in your pajamas and cozy up with your blanket and favorite stuffed animal for an hour of stories, music, rhymes, crafts, and snacks. This program meets on the third Thursday of each month. Open to families with children ages 2 to 10.

Parents, caregivers, and grandparents! Bring baby to experience a variety of sensory play areas including building boxes, art activities, shakers, and much more! For babies ages 6-18 months and an adult. Pre-registration not required. This program meets on the second Friday of each month.

Anne Lehew with LISD Counseling and Social Work Services will lead this Q&A-focused session for parents on how to recognize signs of a mental health condition in teenage children and how to establish an open dialog about mental health.

Create stress relief crafts and play fun games with other teens. Teens in Grades 6-12.
Sep. 29 7 p.m. Navigating Anxiety & Depression
Richard Michael Calzada, LPC with Connections Wellness Group will discuss issues related to anxiety and depression and how to cope with symptoms in this presentation for adults and teens.
