FM Fit Camp
This bootcamp-style workout program by Ben Bailey is designed to push and challenge individuals at any level to reach their fitness goals. These group workouts encompass the benefits of group fitness while being scaled to each individual through modalities of calisthenics, weightlifting, DVRT (dynamic variable resistance training), and SPARQ (speed, power, agility, reaction, quickness). Beginner Soul Line Dancing
This class offers soul line dancing lessons to Hip-Hop, R&B, Neo-Soul, Jazz, House, Zydeco, and any music other than Country or Western. Neither partners nor experience needed. The purpose of this beginner class is to inspire movement, fun, creativity, and introduce dancers to some of the easier popular dances within soul line dancing. Classes are taught at a pace for beginners to build confidence and also teach basic and line dancing terminology.
