Parents, caregivers, and grandparents! Bring baby to experience a variety of sensory play areas including building boxes, art activities, shakers, and much more! For babies ages 6-18 months and an adult. Pre-registration is not required.

In this workshop for adults, Chris Guzniczak, Licensed Professional Counselor at Flower Mound Counseling, will discuss ways to identify, acknowledge, and manage anxiety.
