FloMo Spring Break Explorer Camp

Spend your school break at the CAC going on a field trip, creating arts and crafts, playing games, and hanging out with your friends! Space is limited and fills quickly, so register early. Spring Break Art Camp

Young artists will create eight masterpiece paintings and drawings using four different mediums: acrylics, watercolors, charcoal, and oil pastels. Students learn fine art principles, not just simple crafts; still life's, land and seascapes. Bring paper towels, a snack, and wear an old t-shirt. Our most popular camp is super fun and very active! Just like summer camp, this Spring Break camp features all the games: classic, army, backboard, Jedi, sniper, doctor - too many to list! This camp features drills, games, and skill instruction covering ball handling (1 and 2 ball), passing, creating space, moving without the ball, proper shooting form, offensive and defensive footwork, shooting games, competitions, and tournaments. Students will go beyond playing Minecraft - they will program it. Using Minecraft: Education Edition, students learn both designing and coding skills.
