Table tennis is one of the most inclusive sports and is great for seniors. The sport s mulates the cogni ve system, improves balance, increases circula on, and improves hand-eye coordina on. This eight-week class will cover the basics of play including rules of play, serving, and racket control.
PICKLEBALL Pickleball is a fun sport that combines tennis, badminton, and pingpong. Join SIM friends at the Community Ac vity Center gym to play. Please bring your own racket.
