Who We Are Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) exists to enhance the quality of life, contribute to Army communities of excellence, enrich living and working environments and foster a sense of community for Soldiers, family members and civilians. FMWR is a vital tool for readiness because the programs keep Soldiers physically fit, reduce stress and anxiety, build skills and self-confidence and help form esprit de corps. Advertising with FMWR Advertising with FMWR provides businesses with greater visibility to our unique military, retiree and surrounding community market. Experience MWR Description: Experience MWR Magazine is a free, full color, 25 page (on average) monthly publication. It highlights ongoing activities and seasonal events, encompassing the social and recreational life of the Fort Leonard Wood community. Distribution: The magazine is available at all FMWR Facilities, distributed to the Fort Leonard Wood community thru the Community Information Forum, Newcomers Briefs twice per month, Leadership Courses (approximately 4 times per month), FRG’s, Commissary, PX, FLW Lodging and the Welcome Center. Piney Valley Golf Course Fort Leonard Wood FMWR has two GREAT ways for you to showcase your business at our golf course! Piney Valley Golf Course is a 72.9 PGA rated (from the blue tees), 18 hole, par 72 course which runs through a beautiful valley along the Big Piney River. The course is open to the public and features a driving range, putting green, chipping area, pro shop, snack bar and lessons. 1. Piney Valley Golf Course Golf Score Card & Golf Cart
Description: Have your business name/logo listed on our very attractive and functional score cards that are placed directly into the hands of thousands of golfers yearly and in the direct line of site of the golfers in each golf cart. The score cards are Premium 80# cover paper stock, selected for pencil mark legibility, photo and logo resolution, firmness and durability. The golf cart signs are laminated for protection against weather and placed in front placard of each golf cart. The only exception are the golf carts used for golf tournaments sponsored by other organizations.

Rec Plex Description: FMWR Rec Plex contains an 18 hole miniature golf course, an outdoor pool complete with slide and a spray park and our brand new Go Kart Track!! They also offer party rooms for birthdays, organizational and unit parties. This facility is conveniently located on Constitution Avenue and is open to the public from April to October. Paw Park More and more people are realizing a healthy lifestyle is beneficial for their pets as well as themselves. We applaud owners for wanting a healthier lifestyle for their pets physically and emotionally. Dog parks allow owners to exercise, socialize, and strengthen the bond between owner and dog in a controlled environment. Our Paw Park, located on Constitution Avenue, is already a great success since opening Spring 2011 and enjoyed daily by many dogs of Soldiers, Families and Civilians of the Fort Leonard Wood, St. Robert and Waynesville communities. With your support, we can make this dog park even MORE pet friendly with additions like trees, playscapes and water fountains. Facility Signage Davidson Fitness Center: Davidson affords businesses the opportunity to advertise in our world class fitness center to approximately 6,000 people daily who utilize the gymnasium, to include unit activities, Intramural sports, and the indoor track. Patrons who come to utilize the racquetball and weight rooms also have to pass through the gym, thus giving your business excellent exposure to our military community. Cost/Year $900.00

Facility Signage Outdoor Adventure Center: This facility offers hunting and fishing, archery, skeet and trap shooting, float trips, paintball and outdoor equipment rentals. On average, approximate 120 people during the weekdays and 250 people on the weekends utilize the range pictured below. Your signage will be visible to patrons as they drive by, park directly across from and approach the range.

Facility Signage Sports Complex: During softball season (June– September), our Sports Complex hosts games Monday – Thursday evenings with 100 people in attendance on average. Also tournaments (May – September) are held each Saturday with an average of 100 – 600 people in attendance depending on the number of teams playing. This facility offers the opportunity to hang banners near the entrance/exit, outfield fences and/or the score boards.
