This is a consultative body responsible for providing support for the actions performed by the CEO and the Foundation’s Communication Department in raising the awareness of society in relation to the cause of Early Childhood.

Teresa Guarita Grynberg (Chair) – A graduate in Industrial Design, Teresa has worked for advertising agencies, such as ISSA D/A, Ogilvy, DM9DDB and Rafic Farah-São Paulo Criação. She is the founding partner and co-CEO of Colírio Design, a strategic design consultancy focused on transformation and positive impact.

Alexandre Carmona Grynberg – Alexandre is an advertising executive who has worked for large communication agencies in Brazil, and has participated in Conar’s Ethics Board, the board of the IAB, and was a director at Globo. He is the founding partner and co-CEO of Colírio Design, a consultancy focused on positive impact. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Fundação Maria Cecilia Souto Vidigal.

ώ Beatriz Azeredo – Beatriz holds a Doctorate in Economics and is a professor with the Economics Institute of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, having worked at the BNDES as superintendent and director of the Social Development Department. She was director of Social Responsibility at Rede Globo, executive director of the Desiderata Institute and director of the Public Policies Study Center. She has participated on the Boards of Rede GIFE, Canal Futura and the Museu do Amanhã. She is currently on the board of the Museu da Pessoa.

ώ Clarissa Orberg – Clarissa graduated in Business Administration. She has worked for Google, in the commercial department, since 2009 and, since 2014, she has been manager of children’s and educational content at YouTube Brazil.

ώ Luciana Alves – Luciana is a pedagogue and holds a Master’s in Education. She was consultant on race relations and education at the Centro de Estudos das Relações de Trabalho e Desigualdades (‘Center for the Study of Labor Relations and Inequalities’) and assistant pro-rector of student matters at the Federal University of São Paulo. She is the author of the book ‘Ser Branco’. ώ Sandra Grisi – Sandra is a doctor and professor with the Pediatrics Department at the University of São Paulo’s Faculty of Medicine. She operated as superintendent of the institution’s hospital and director of Teaching and Research at the Brazilian Pediatrics Society. She is President of the Graduation Commission of the Pediatrics Commission of FMUSP and is a lifetime member of the Brazilian Academy of Pediatrics. She also forms part of the Board of Trustees of the Fundação Maria Cecilia Souto Vidigal. ώ Tania Savaget – A professional with more than 20 years experience in branding, design, marketing and communication, Tania has worked for Coca-Cola, Tim, P&G, Natura, Unimed and Cosan. She specializes in brand architecture and language, development and application of corporate culture tools, and engagement and facilitation of construction processes.

The reason for the existence of the Fundação Maria Cecilia Souto Vidigal is to guarantee the full development of every girl and boy in Early Childhood.
