Presenter Engagement Conflict
If for any reason the presenter is unable to speak at the conference, the presenter will provide written notification to FMHCA immediately. We ask that the presenter use their best efforts to provide a technically competent replacement presenter that is acceptable to FMHCA.
Payment and Reimbursement
As a presenter during the conference, you will receive a discount on the price of the conference admission if you wish to stay and attend break-out sessions and obtain Continuing Education Credits. If you wish to only present and not attend the conference you are not responsible to pay for the conference admission.
The presenter does agree to pay for all of their own accommodations, expenses, and transportation in relation to the Conference. FMHCA will not reimburse any such expenses.

Presentations
You should bring your laptop to stream your presentation (if needed). FMHCA cannot provide you with a computer. If your laptop is a Mac (apple device) bring the adapter needed. There will be a staff member or volunteer to facilitate. We will not be providing printed copies of presentation materials, if you wish to pass out handouts you should bring the printed copies
You will be provided with the Wi-Fi code on the day of your presentation. It is suggested that presentations/handouts are saved multiple ways (i.e. flash drive, email, etc.). FMHCA staff cannot be held responsible for providing you with materials (PowerPoint, handouts) needed to present
Special Requests
If you have any special requests for your presentation such as a flipchart, microphones, speakers, stools, podium, etc. please notify the FMHCA by email or phone of your request(s) prior to the conference.
