he former-firefighter, Troy Rinehardt, founded Men's Hair Co in 2016, a family-owned salon specializing in men's haircuts, shaves, and other grooming services. For convenience, they offer appointments, but walk-ins are always welcome. "We take the sting out of getting your haircut," says Rinehardt, who wanted to implement a new way in men's hair grooming to make it more enjoyable. “It's the little details that make Men's Hair Co superior like receptionists to greet you, taking appointments, semiprivate stations, shampoo and scalp massage included in each haircut, and of course our great stylists. You can build the best-looking salon, but if you don't have good people in it, nobody will come," says Rinehardt, who takes pride in his team of professional stylists. Rinehardt's vision for Men's Hair Co was to create a place where all guys–both young and old, casual or professional– felt comfortable and would get exceptional customer service. For Rinehardt, it made perfect sense to invest in a business in the Red River Valley: "[Fargo] is just a wholesome, good place with good people." Men's Hair Co has seven locations, five in the Fargo-Moorhead area.
