FAMILY LAW: Erica Shively & Betsy Elsberry

The attorneys and staff at Elsberry & Shively guide their clients through the family law system with expertise in mediation, litigation, adoption, complex asset division and child support matters. In addition to practicing family law, they also practice in the areas of criminal, oil and gas, probate, appellate and general civil litigation.

Betsy Elsberry and Erica Shively both earned their Juris Doctorate with distinction from the University of North Dakota School of Law. After law school, Betsy clerked at the North Dakota Supreme Court and then entered private practice. Erica worked for the State of North Dakota including as a public defender, and then she entered private practice. The two opened Elsberry & Shively, P.C. in 2014. Erica and Betsy have been joined by three other talented attorneys, Christopher Rausch, Tessa Vaagen and Quinn Harmon.
