Continued collaboration with regional comprehensive stroke centers provides expert stroke care, including endovascular interventions, if needed. Our Neurological Rehabilitation program is led by a team of experts who deliver excellent care throughout the rehabilitation process, and our network of recovery services in Santa Cruz County includes outpatient rehabilitation, home health services, and stroke recovery support services.
