1 ripe mango
1/4 pineapple
1 orange
1 dl Greek yogurt
1 dl milk
Juice from 1 lemon Ice cubes
METHOD (FOR 2 PEOPLE)
Peel the mango and pineapple, cut them into smaller pieces, and place them in a blender. Squeeze the juice from the orange and lemon into the blender. Then add Greek yogurt and milk.
Blend until the mixture is smooth and uniform.

Window farming
Reuse your vegetable scraps. “Window farming” refers to the method of growing vegetables in a windowsill. It is easy, and this way, you will have fresh vegetables all year round, as the indoor temperature is ideal. However, not all vegetables can be regrown, but these 11 you can certainly try with.
LETTUCE AND CABBAGE
Reuse the bottom part of the lettuce head by placing it in water, and soon it will sprout fresh leaves.
CARROTS
The top of carrots can be placed in a small bowl of water, and soon small sprouts will emerge.
FENNEL
You can regrow a fennel root by placing it in a pot with soil, and soon it will begin to sprout.
CELERY
The bottom of a celery can be placed in water, and soon it will sprout a new top, which you can harvest directly from the windowsill or plant in the kitchen garden.
BASIL
Clipped basil stems can be planted in a pot with soil; make sure to water them well. Basil grows quickly.
SPRING ONIONS AND LEEKS
The end of a spring onion or a leek can be placed in a glass of water, where you soon will see new sprouts. You can also plant the bottom of the spring onion/leek directly in a pot with soil.
GARLIC
Let the garlic sit until it begins to sprout, then plant it in a pot with soil or directly in the kitchen garden. The sprouted shoots can be used as chives, but otherwise, it requires a bit of patience, as new garlic will only appear the following year.
POTATOES
Potatoes that have been sitting for too long and have started to sprout can be planted in either a slightly larger pot or directly in your kitchen garden.
GINGER
Let the ginger sit until it begins to sprout, then plant it in a pot with soil. It may take some time, similar to garlic.
