New Bakery Contract Details inside.
PROGRAM ANNOUNCEMENTS ARYZTA - Bakery Contract Foodbuy is pleased to announce a new updated contract with Aryzta as of July 1, 2019. As a primary vendor, this partnership will continue to offer operators and customers a variety of bakery goods including cookie dough, muffins, cakes, desserts and now bagels! Aryzta’s impressive range of products and capabilities include a variety of breads and sweet and savoury food. They operate 54 bakeries across Europe, North America, South America, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. The Aryzta group boasts strong brands and enjoys customer relationships in all of its regions and is driven globally by its strong customer-centric and investor-focused attitude. The switch of bagels from Canada Bread Frozen to Aryzta has been finalized and inventory will be available by end of July/August. ARYZTA bagels are made with passion and generational expertise as they bake to ensure their texture is crispy, with a subtle, sweet tasting crust. PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS SOFINA - Product Update Foodbuy would like to advise our partners of a company decision Sofina has made. The Janes Pubstyle Chicken Strip will move from par-fried (Mfg Code 12492) to fully cooked (Mfg Code 12550). The par-fried Pub style Chicken Strip inventory is offically depleted and customers will have to order Pubstyle Chicken Strip Fully Cooked, vendor code 12550 / Sysco SUPC code #5394933.
