Helpless with nowhere to turn.

by Elizabeth Setliff

he thing about depression is it can drain you from you, and no one will ever see it. It’s a living a nightmare walking around with a mask. All the fake smiles behind the hurting soul, the one who feels like they just don’t quite fit in. Yes they can even have kids and a full time job, but want to sleep and cry themselves to sleep every night. Feeling helpless with nowhere to turn. To live with depression and battle the struggle of just wanting to get out of bed each and every morning. People do it though, just to hide the fact that they actually have depression, and others will never know how silent that battle truly is. Some may lose the battle, some may battle forever, and few can overcome. Each individual has their own way of coping with this problem. I have lived this myself, I have battled my own obstacle, and hopefully I can say I have overcome my depression. The goal is to fight, to try, to overcome everyday the very best you can. If I can do it, you can too! I promise!

blog.rescuetime.com With so many of us working long hours to keep up with an ever-growing workload, and risking burnout just to keep up, the importance of rest is easily forgotten. We avoid taking vacations and instead battle stress, illness, and the constant pressure to find time for all our commitments outside work. But rest isn’t something to take lightly. It’s an essential part of doing your best work, being more productive at work, and is something more of us need to prioritize.if we listen within.

It's necessary for our health and for being at our best when we are working. Rest has been shown to improve cardiovascular health, and lower blood pressure and cortisol levels. Vacation in particular has also been shown to reduce the risk of heart disease, and increase lifespan.

Countryside Barns Our old countryside barns have always been famous for being able to leave you breathless. These views came with a history of no other though, we were raised barefoot throughout these grassy hills. Small towns know each other and try to be as friendly as possible.

Our barns oer more than just the beauty you see as well though. As our grandparents were raised in those buildings and helped grow and farm around those areas. To help provide for our families every day.

DID You GO?

his company has been a dream come true. I have always wanted to operate my own business and be successful. My family is in the grading business and growing up around it all my life gave me the knowledge and skills to be able to venture out on my own. The lord has blessed me. As I look back from when I started in 2005 with 5 yards to mow, to where I am in life now, it’s unbelievable! Dreams do come true! When I started my business, I wanted to stand out. I have always wanted to do what I said I was going to do. Never let the customers down, even if I messed up and didn’t include something. I would take that out of my profit and get it done because that was my mistake. Treating people the way I want to be treated is my passion. Praying for the answer to the hard questions. This has been the base of what has made my business be as successful as it is today. I don’t want my customer to see a job I do after it's done and just be satisfied with it. I want them to say I would have never imagined it to look this good. I strive to exceed your expectation. I always do more than I planned on doing, just to give it that extra touch and going that extra mile. There’s a lot of people in this business and it makes it hard if you don’t do something a little different to stand out. I always take care of my customers and don’t forget what my customers have done for my business and my family for me to be able to live my dream every day. This is going to be our 14th year in business, and with the team I have and the equipment there’s nothing that we can’t take care of. I want to thank you for reading this and I hope to hear from you soon!
