D I R E C TO R S N O T E S While growing up, my parents always said, “When you go to bed at night, take one moment and ask, ‘What one thing did you learn today? Finding that one thing will have made the day worth living.” Life is a journey and the play, “Spreading it Around,” brought my parents’ words came back to me. Our main characters, Angie and Martin, show us how important it is to keep looking for those “new things” each day can bring. It is not the reaching of goals, but the journey that gives life true meaning. I hope you leave this show with renewed resolve to “journey on.” - Rolland Roebuck, Director BIOGR APHIES Jim Jacques (Martin Wheeler) Jim has performed here at Memories and with many other theater groups over the years. He has appeared at Memories in A Bench in the Sun and Mixed Emotions. Some of his other show credits include: Caught in the Net, The Dinner Party, Dancing at Lughnasa, Music Man, Same Time Next Year, & Prisoner of Second Avenue, to mention a few. Lynn’s favorite Memories’ roles include; Louise in Always… Patsy Cline, Sister Amnesia in Nunsense, Doris in Same Time Next Year, Louise in Wally’s Café and her performance in the musical review Some Enchanted Evening. She would also like to thank the audiences for their support. It is wonderful to look out at the tables and see the faces of so many friends.
