All reserved tickets for American Family Insurance Amphitheater concerts during Summerfest include admission to the festival. For select shows, a limited number of free bar-coded wristbands for general admission lawn access may be available in the American Family Insurance Amphitheater Forecourt the day of the performance from noon – 5:00 pm, on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. Summerfest will offer a seating option at the BMO Harris Pavilion with Miller Lite for all headlining performances. This policy offers Summerfest fans the choice of free general admissions seats or reserved seats available for purchase at Ticketmaster.com or at the Summerfest Box Office.

MILLER LITE OASIS

Miller Brew House Located on the north side of the stage, the Miller Brew House offers Summerfest concertgoers another social space at the Miller Lite Oasis. This covered area provides additional seating, a bar and front row access for those who’ve participated in Miller promotions. Summerfest Level Up deck Kick back and watch your favorite artists on the new Summerfest Level Up deck located in the Miller Lite Oasis. Your all-inclusive ticket for Level Up includes admission to Summerfest, 2 complimentary beverages, and access to an exclusive area with private bar, flat screen TV’s and restrooms. Exit & Re-entry Policy

Wristbands to leave and re-enter the festival are available at all gate areas from noon - 6:30 pm, daily. Re-entry wristbands will be valid for a single, same day re-entry until 7:00 pm. No re-entry wristbands will be issued after 6:30 pm and there are no re-entries after 7:00 pm. Additionally, no wristbands for re-entry will be issued on Sunday, July 9, 2017.

Notice on Counterfeit Tickets

Summerfest strongly urges all patrons to avoid purchasing tickets on the street from unauthorized sources. Tickets should only be purchased at Summerfest ticket windows, Summerfest.com or Ticketmaster. Counterfeit tickets and tickets purchased from unauthorized sources will not be honored.

PARKING

Parking lots open daily at 9:00 am. Preferred Parking is $20 and Exclusive Parking is $35. All parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. Pre-paid parking passes for specific dates during Summerfest may be purchased at the Box Office or Summerfest.com with no additional fees, to be printed at home.

SECURITY POLICIES

Please keep the following security policies in mind as you plan your visit to Summerfest: • Enhancements have been made to the metal detection system at all Summerfest gates. All visitors and employees should be prepared to comply with metal detection and other security screening requirements before entering the Summerfest grounds. • All bags will be searched upon entering. No backpacks or bags larger than 9”x10”x12” will be allowed on the grounds. • There will be designated screening lanes at each gate for patrons who do not have a bag for timelier access. • A patron may not enter or remain on the grounds while concealing or openly carrying any knife or fire arm. SUMMERFEST 50TH PROMOTIONS SUMMERFEST 50 PRESENTED BY PICK ‘N SAVE

A retrospective exhibit presented in partnership with Pick ‘n Save, American Family Insurance, Aurora Health Care, Derse, Johnson Controls, Inc. and the Milwaukee County Historical Society.

Celebrate Summerfest’s history with a series of historical exhibits that depict 50 years of iconic moments. This three pronged exhibit will feature a traveling display, a summerlong exhibit at the Milwaukee County Historical Society and an onsite exhibit at Summerfest. The series will illustrate decades of festival highlights through large graphic panels and displays of original posters, banners, and vintage memorabilia. For more information, visit Summerfest.com.

Share your favorite Summerfest photos from the past 49 years for a chance to win tickets to this year’s 50th celebration! A lucky fan’s winning photo using the hashtag #SF50Pepsi will be shared on Summerfest’s Facebook page each week (10 total winners) and will receive a prize including 2 tickets to Summerfest and festival merchandise. During Summerfest, post a photo of yourself in front of the Summerfest gates or in front of the instruments inside the South Gate and share it using #SF50Pepsi. A winning photo will be posted on Summerfest’s Facebook page every day of the festival (11 total winners) and each lucky winner will receive a prize package from Summerfest and Pepsi.

THE SUMMERFEST 50TH CLASSIC FREE RIDE GIVEAWAY

Summerfest and WTMJ Radio are partnering to give away a restored 1968 Oldsmobile Cutlass 442 Convertible, representing the same year as the first Summerfest! As part of a special edition of the WTMJ annual “Classic Free Ride” promotions, fans can view the restored car and enter to win at WTMJ.com. The car will be on site and patrons will have the chance to register all 11 days of Summerfest’s 50th. The finale and car giveaway will take place at the Briggs & Stratton Big Backyard on Sunday, July 9 at 6:15 pm. Kids of all ages can enjoy family focused entertainment and activities in the Northwestern Mutual Children’s Theater and Playzone. Open daily, noon – 8:00 pm. Visit the daily lineup pages for information on performers and show times.

UB the Band brings all the gear, including colorful drum sets for ages 2 – adult, awesome character and special guitars complete with wireless microphones, stage monitors, real stage lighting and all the trimmings. No experience necessary! 537 Charger Robotics Take the controls of miniature remote controlled robots. The robots are built by teenage members of Charger Robotics Team 537 from Hamilton High School in Sussex, WI. Team members will be on site every day and there will also be a multi-school robotics competition at the Gruber Law Offices SportsZone on July 8.

Bernie Brewer will greet our guests when the grounds open at noon. Come say “hi” and be sure to bring your camera. DAYTIME FUN PADDLEBOAT WATER EXPERIENCE PRESENTED BY BADGER METER

Celebrate Summerfest on the water! Presented by Badger Meter, this family friendly activity provided by Lakeshore Paddle Sports will give patrons the opportunity to relax and take in views of the festival and downtown Milwaukee. From noon – 7:00 pm each day, paddle around part of the lagoon for 30 minutes in boats that hold up to 4 people. Located at the boat dock on the north end of the grounds, this is an experience that can’t be missed! 6/28-6/30, 7/5, 7/6 • 3:00 pm

SUMMERFEST PARADE

Incorporating a second line style, the parade will start at the South end of Henry Maier Festival Park at the American Family Insurance Amphitheater Forecourt and complete a full lap of the grounds. SCHOOL OF ROCK

School of Rock has partnered with Summerfest to allow over sixty student bands from around the world to play onstage at the “World’s Largest Music Festival.” Select bands will perform with world renown musicians at the final event on July 9th at the BMO Harris Pavilion. Each year School of Rock teaches over 25,000 students across 9 countries and 200 locations. Through a unique performance-based approach, students are guided from the lesson room to the stage where they play real shows at authentic venues with their peers.

SUMMERFEST’S WHEEL IN THE SKY PRESENTED BY CONVERGED TECHNOLOGY PROFESSIONALS “The wheel in the sky keeps on turnin’ ” on the north end of the grounds! Jump aboard this giant ferris wheel and enjoy spectacular views of Summerfest, Milwaukee’s downtown and Lake Michigan. Operating from noon – 11:30 pm daily.

Official Rideshare Provider of Summerfest Uber provides affordable and reliable rides within minutes across Milwaukee and 500+ other cities worldwide. Rides are available on-demand 24/7 so no reservations needed. To help concertgoers easily meet their drivers, Uber and Summerfest have teamed up to create special Uber Zones for pickups and drop-offs. The main Uber Zone is located right outside of the Mid Gate at E. Chicago St. & N. BUS AND SHUTTLE SERVICE

Wisconsin Coach Lines / Coach USA Milwaukee Waukesha Service

The shuttle originates from the Nagawaukee Park-Ride in Delafield (Hwy 83 and I-94). Other pick-ups include the Meadowbrook Park-Ride lot (I-94 and County Highway G), the Goerke’s Corners Park-Ride lot (I-94 and Barker Road), and Eble Park Ice Arena (19400 W. Bluemound Rd.). The shuttle drop-off and pick-up at Summerfest is located west of the Mid Gate on Chicago Street. The shuttle operates every day of Summerfest beginning at 11:00 am with the last shuttle departing Summerfest at 12:15 am. Round-trip tickets are $10 and purchased at point of origin. Racine & Kenosha Service

Wisconsin Coach Lines does not have dedicated service to Summerfest, but offers 7 northbound and southbound weekday trips and 4 weekend/holiday trips per day as part of their daily commuter service to serve Racine and Kenosha Summerfest attendees with a bus stop 2 blocks from the North Gate. Ozaukee County Express

The Milwaukee County Transit System operates service from Ozaukee County straight to Summerfest. Buses pick up at the Saukville Walmart (Hwy 33 and Green Bay Ave.) and Target/Home Depot (Hwy 60) in Grafton. Service runs every 15 to 30 minutes depending on the time and day. Round-trip fare is $7 cash, $6 Pre-Fare Digital Ticket or $5 M•CARD. Riders with a 1-, 7- or 31-Day Pass on an M•CARD add $2.50 (cash or stored value). Valid M•CARD Transfer add $2.50 (cash or stored value). Exact fare is required. Operators cannot make change. Children under age 6 ride free when accompanied by an adult. GO Riteway Summerfest Shuttle from Washington County

Park your car - it’s FREE! Then, take GO Riteway’s shuttle to Summerfest from two convenient locations in Washington County: the Washington County Fair Park, Highway 45 and Pleasant Valley Road and the Life Church parking lot, in Germantown Center, Mequon Road and Squire Drive. Daily round-trip service is offered throughout the day, beginning at 11:00 a.m. from Washington County Fair Park; and 11:30 a.m. from the Life Church parking lot in Germantown. Return service from Summerfest is offered hourly from 4:00 pm with the final bus departing Summerfest at 12:30 am. GO Riteway’s drop-off and pick-up location at Summerfest is the North Gate. Madison Service

Badger Bus will offer special service from Madison to Summerfest 5 times a day during the festival. Return schedule from Summerfest will operate four (4) times each day. The bus will drop off and pick up at the corner of East Michigan and Jackson Street, four blocks from the Summerfest North Gate. SERVICES ACCESSIBILITY Access for People with Disabilities: For complete information on accessibility on the grounds, a free brochure is available at all Information Booths at Henry Maier Festival Park, the Summerfest Box Office and at the NSCIA Respite Pavilion or visit Summerfest.com. Facility Access: Accessible picnic tables, drinking fountains and accessible restrooms are located throughout the grounds and in the American Family Insurance Amphitheater. Accessible seating is also available for purchase at the American Family Insurance Amphitheater. Accessible viewing locations at the ground stages are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Accessible Parking: Spaces are available in Lot H. Vehicles must have appropriate plates or permits to park in accessible spaces. All parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. National Spinal Cord Injury Association Respite Pavilion: Located south of the Miller Lite Oasis, this facility is specifically designed for the comfort of our patrons who have a disability or a unique need. The pavilion includes a fully accessible shower and restroom facilities, air-conditioned rest area and an outdoor observation deck. Summerfest Courtesy Vest Program: Program volunteers will be stationed at the Mid Gate and throughout the festival grounds to provide staff volunteer support and to promote the programs and services available to people with disabilities.

GENERAL INFORMATION ATM/Cash Transactions: Patrons can make cash transactions by using their bank or credit cards at ATMs on the festival site. The following cards will be accepted at the ATMs: Pulse, Star, MasterCard, Cirrus, Visa, Plus, American Express and Discover. See Grounds Map for locations. New! Patrons using BMO Harris Bank™ credit or debit cards will receive free transactions throughout the festival season. Ambulance: Provided by Bell Ambulance. Pods are located within the Children’s Area (open noon-9:00 pm) and at the South Gate Information Booth (open noon - midnight). Parking: Available at nearby lots at rates posted. Police: The City of Milwaukee Police Department provides police services. Restrooms: Restroom areas are conveniently located throughout the grounds. Strollers & Wheelchairs: Limited rentals available at the North, Mid and South Gates (with proper identification). Summerfest Guest Services Is available to answer your questions. Located at 200 N. Harbor Drive during the festival and also accessible from the grounds. Sundries & Notions: Gum, cigarettes, suntan lotion and more are available for purchase. Taxi Stands: During Summerfest only, standard taxi service is available outside the South Gate two blocks west on Jackson Street, one block west of the Mid Gate on Chicago Street at Jackson and one block north of the North Gate on Michigan.
