Some people claim it is just a myth to avoid certain foods when effectively treating acne. However, this is false. There are certain foods that must be avoided. Do Keep in mind that if you smoke, drink alcohol or drink coffee, then this program will not work too well for you. You’ve got to give these substances up as well.
