Multi Team Challenge

Does your team want to build its leadership capacities? Do you want a team to apply themselves to a unique project and see how they work together in a dynamic and changing environment? It‘s a team challenge against time, pitting the dramatic forces of Mother Nature against the skills and experiences of well working teams. The team(s) will face both psychical and mental challenges, where more than muscle power is needed in order to complete. It’s very essence lies in team dynamics and the ability to solve problems under constant stress while each individual is pushed to the very edge of personal and team limits (upon agreement with the client). It is fun and different way to experiences the nature. Our Multi Team Challenge combines the best elements of the outdoors into one great TEAM adventure. At the completion of the challenge the teams feel a deep sense of achievement, self-confidence, trust and satisfaction in what they have accomplished. Survival Teambuilding – Survival Training

1-3 Days

“It is Saturday afternoon 1:00 pm, after last day and night experiences you and your team are facing the next challenge on your mission: in order to get to the small village you have to cross the river... What are our resources and how do we do this are questions that comes to the mind of everyone…plan is made…and…later in the evening everyone agrees that…” After an initial brief and instructional session, the team is assigned to construct a camp, prepare their food and prepare themselves for the course. The teams will be taught basic survival techniques including fire lighting, shelter construction and cooking methods. Initial instruction on the safe use of cutting tools, outdoor hygiene & etiquette is provided. The course works by setting a number of goals and skills and challenges to be completed. The instructors will give demonstrations on different survival techniques. As always, our courses are designed to be fun, instructive and safe. All techniques will be demonstrated with safety in mind. These courses are not designed to test the physical resilience of the participants, but their teamwork. We tailor the courses to suit participants' abilities and expectations. A full report on individuals and the team can be included to be delivered after the course if requested. Spend the night in tents, open air or indoors. Program is concluded taking into consideration expected results and goals, number of participants, the duration of event and place; age of participants, their physical conditions and experience in such events. “Petys į petį“ is an old term in Lithuania meaning to have shoulder to shoulder - to support each other. In other words it is called ”Team building”. “Petys į petį“ is suitable for groups who want to improve working together and learn more about each other. The goal of these events is to provide an environment where development of team spirit, encourage mutual understanding and having a great time is emphasized. Participants are faced with competitive individual & team challenges and vary from light to more advanced situations. If your expectations are to boost motivation and loyalty of the employees or clients then this is the solutions which meet your needs. Who will benefit? Team and organizations who wish to strengthen morale, motivation, recognition. Please note Each event includes Icebreakers/warm up, the chosen activities and the final with the concluding activity. Active Teambuilding Event #1 POISON LAKE Power, communication, orientation, leadership, trust. Participants have to collect different kind of items from a “poison lake” without touching the ground. The other participants have to keep the collector “above” the lake and direct him/her to the place where the items are located. This activity can also be booked as a standalone activity. The Spider’s Web Rope is criss-crossed between two trees. Participants must pass through the spider’s web without touching the rope. There is a certain amount of body contact.

Siege the Castle - Catapult Shooting Perhaps the greatest introduction to siege warfare in medieval times was the Catapult. A well-built Catapult could handle large missiles making it much more difficult for castle walls to withstand this new weapon of medieval times. Each team is to make a catapult of wood poles, the construction must be very carefully planned and the quality asset before the team will test it with shooting with a head of cabbage. This activity can also be booked as a standalone activity. NUCLEAR BOMB Creativity, imagination, problem solving, team work, planning, stress situation. Nuclear bomb which stands in the middle of the nuclear zone must be transferred to the safe place (participants will get different kind of equipment) and be disarmed. It is given a limited time for this task to keep a bigger pressure on the participants.

Concluding activity for all at once – please choose one (can be other ones – just ask) TEAM TOWER Creativity, team spirit, decision making, patient. Participants have to make a construction which looks like a tower by using only one hand. Construction must be strong and stable enough, that later all participants would be able to stand on this Team Tower.

Active Teambuilding Event #2 Siege the Castle - Catapult Shooting Perhaps the greatest introduction to siege warfare in medieval times was the Catapult. A well-built Catapult could handle large missiles making it much more difficult for castle walls to withstand this new weapon of medieval times. Each team is to make a catapult of wood poles, the construction must be very carefully planned and the quality asset before the team will test it with shooting with a head of cabbage. Rope Muddle Consensus, team decisions, listening to each other All participants are blindfolded. A long rope is giving to the group and they must make a triangle. The triangle/square must have 100 % equal sides.

Log Sawing Competition Compete against the teams in the old traditional discipline where teamwork is essential in order to complete the task. Easy for all, interesting to look at funny activity. This activity can also be booked as a standalone activity.

Active Teambuilding Event #3 Log Chair Creativity Construction The task is to construct a Log Chair or other sitting “furniture” from the provided logs and rope. It is the teams own decision about design. Team are evaluating each other’s creations on stability, design and creativity. This activity can also be booked as a standalone activity. Viking Long Boat Racing Viking Boat Racing is Lithuania’s newest and a very fun water sport. And it's easy – everyone can be a Viking boat rower! The boats are wide and stable which means you just can focus on rowing and having a great time ! The Viking Boat has been around since the 8th century, the sport since the 1800’s. Bringing the boat and the sport together allows for the delivery of rowing in a new, easy, safe and fun way. This activity can also be booked as a standalone activity. Archery Tournament Robin Hood and William Tell have already done it – now it’s your turn! We will give you the bow and arrows, and we have replaced the ripe apple with a sturdy standing target. This event provides firsthand experience with the Long bow Archery where authentic replica long bows are provided with full instruction from a trained archer. This activity can also be booked as a standalone activity. You will experience that Force One Canoe Polo is special designed for optimized entertainment: to score more goals (due to our special designed goals), more interesting for spectators, to have more fun and optimal protections of participants (due to the special face protection on our helmets). This activity can also be booked as a standalone activity. Archery Tournament Robin Hood and William Tell have already done it – now it’s your turn! We will give you the bow and arrows, and we have replaced the ripe apple with a sturdy standing target. Some places they must tighten the ropes themselves, some places the ropes are ready. Each time they touch the ground they receive minus point. Good team exercises and good challenge. Active Teambuilding Event #5 Raftbuilding Race or Raft Expedition Raft Race Have fun, work together, and make the best raft and race against the other teams! 1-4 teams of 3-12 persons are racing against each other. The rules are simple: the whole team must build the raft as fast as possible, row around a point on the lake and come back FASTER than the other team. You can also have longer trip with the rafts. Raft Expedition For teambuilding seminars a Raft Expedition can be implemented with an overall goal. With tasks in the lake, river or in an Island. It can also be a longer sailing down a river. Each team consist of 3-6 persons plus substitutes. The real challenges in the game are the great possibilities for tackles and get around your opponent. A game for everyone as you are playing in high quality “sit on top” kayaks that are easy to control and steady in the water which means that you don’t need any special kind of kayaking skills. Locations You can have Canoe Polo in your desired location, with our mobile version. Orienteering – Treasure Hunt

The Treasure Hunt is a 3 hours to full day event held in and around the chosen venue. The group will be divided into teams of between 6 and 20 people, depending on total group size. Tasks are developed according to possibilities in the venue and the surroundings. The Treasure Hunt ends with discovering the Treasure by making a password which reveals the location of the treasure. Format of the Treasure Hunt Each team will be issued a team pack. This will consist of a map, a list of Challenges, Bonus Items, Questions and Destinations, a Photo list. Each group should provide a digital camera. Throughout the event the teams will need to answer, find or complete as many of the following categories as possible: Destinations The teams will have to find their way round as many destinations as they can from the clues given, most are cryptic, some will rely on observation, others you will just stumble across! Questions Each team will have a series of questions to answer. Most of the questions will be about the destinations and other logical questions; however others will require deeper digging! Regatta in the Lakes or Sea - Romantic Sailing in Trakai - Sightseeing

The Medieval Trakai Castle makes the beautiful background setting for Regatta or a sightseeing tour in the surrounding lakes. Yacht racing in the lake or in the Sea. You will experience the real action of the sailor, learn how to sail the ship, feel the spirit of yachting together with the winner’s implacable wish to be the first at the finish. In each yacht at the moment will be 2-7 people who at first will has some practise in how to sail, and after that they will be responsible for the teams’ results. Participants will be involved in the active process… you never know from which side the wind will blow next moment. The captain will help when necessary. On the sightseeing tours the captain sails while you are relaxing.

4x4 Off Road Safari & Jeep Rally

In Lithuania we offer you following 4x4 Off Road experiences; 4x4 Off Road Safari A special selected off road tour to explorer wild Lithuanian nature and urban surroundings. During the tour you will have to wiggle through virgin forest, overcome river crossings and deep mud tracks, climbing steep slopes uphill and downhill. Rally Driving Event

Entertainment, an incentive for the best employees or loyal clients or a competitive group activity. Meet best rally masters in Lithuania, see rally sports technology and use it yourself. Participate in Rally and compete with the others on the special track and the real rally stage. Rally Cars: 3 BMW 325 with same specifications. Prepared according to rally R group Lithuania cars sport federation requirements. Power – 200 horsepower. Two cars race, one – spare. You will drive the car by yourselves. By your side – instructors which are European, Soviet Union & Lithuanian Champions. We as usually drive the Parallel Racing Competition The first stage - members get into groups of two by draw. The second – members training with the same cars. Third stage – races are completed in play – off form. Two participants start side by side. When the start signal is given one of them turns into the small circle and later into the big one. The second participant turns into the big circle and later finishes at the small one. In this case both participants go identical lengths in that way not disturbing each other, but both finish at same home straight. Every duet loser is eliminated. Winners pass to the next stage. The races continue till the first, second and third place are determined. All, who lost in the first stage, qualify to the consolation drive. They will have a chance to drive one more time the same length, trying to beat each other’s time. The person with the best time is allowed to continue in the play off. Duration Location

Archery Tournament - 3D Hunting

Archery Tournament This event provides firsthand experience with the Long bow Archery where authentic replica long bows are provided with full instruction from a trained archer. Archery can provide a welcome change of pace from the usual corporate team building events where skill, judgement and a cool head count more than speed and adrenaline. There is nothing quite like the feeling of hitting the gold for the first time. Once you have mastered your archery technique, test your skill in the Archery Tournament later in the day. Long bow archery is the perfect team building activity for any location, especially at castle event and we can enhance the theme with food such as a Medieval banquet or hog roast and Medieval entertainment e.g. court jester, juggling and falconry. 3D Hunting Realistic three-dimensional “animals” of natural size made of spongy gum are intended for archery. Participants and groups are moving from target to target on a prepared route where they must shoot the animals with Crossbows or Bows. Practise before tournament starts are offered. Cultural Experiences Soviet Bunker Live Survival Event

Now what is this? We have the Back to USSR drama which is a very special experience, but for those seeking an even more intense experience and with some more action we have developed a successful event where you will become closer to real life. This event is for those who want as close to real experiences as you can get without being forced to something you don't want to do. We are though pushing limits a bit further than standard tours. This event takes place in a former Soviet Bunker (yes there are quite a few of those in Lithuania), basically it begins with a real road ambush by the red army, then everyone are prisoners and gets blind folded, gets “handcuffs” on and in a row leaded to interrogation chambers (mission of interrogators is decided with client; it can be to find the boss or to get some specific information from the participants. Interrogation finishes with a Court where a “Stalin” actor reads the sentence to all the prisoners. But then suddenly there is a chance to break out and the battle begins (strike ball or paintball) it all ends up with nice BBQ with game roast at the Bunker. .... description from the real event: ...suddenly there is smoke everywhere and the shouting is horrible, it sounds like our bus is driving through a minefield... but we have no time to think more before we are being pulled out and have to face the ground....we can't see anything...where do they take us....Commands are given in Russian, we just have to follow them otherwise the guards are fast around us correcting us... ....later the interrogators and the guards leave no space for communication among our group, we are trapped, they have reached our secrets and we face the Court decision.... ...but what is this... our only chance of escape...let's use it... the amazing battle awaits us shooting with Kalashnikov machine guns... 1984 In The Soviet Bunker (Back To The USSR)

A 3000 m2 bunker in the outskirts of Vilnius 5 meters below ground, The Bunker: a survival show where USSR revives… ‘1984’ – the twentieth century anti-utopia, a book written by George Orwell while Stalin was still in power. He envisioned what life would be like in a future totalitarian society in the far-off year of 1984, the times of the Big Brother watching you at all times. But what if we, living in the twenty-first century, did not look to the future as did G.Orwell, but instead to the past, to the real 1984 in the Soviet Union? Upon your arrival to the bunker you will be met by Soviet guards with dogs. For two hours you will part with whoever you are in this century; all your stuff, your money, cameras and cell phones. Dressed in grey Soviet threadbare clothing you will delve into the life of a simple Soviet citizen full of fear and uncertainty. You will be led through a reinforced concrete slabs maze five meters down under, you’ll see Soviet television broadcasts and visit shops from 1984, you’ll be interrogated in a KGB office, taught the USSR anthem, you’ll get used to carrying around a gas mask and putting together a Kalashnikov automatic rifle. An extraordinary feast in the special hall where the exclusive Communist Party Central Committee dinner will be served – white tablecloths and crystal tableware, sturgeon, caviar and cognac. 2. A royal party afterwards in the XVIII century castle just 3 kilometres away from the Bunker to recover from what you have experienced. Here you will become a King - you can have your drinks or dinner by candlelight, enjoy all SPA amenities, spend a night in seven luxurious rooms or even in the king-worthy penthouse with the tower that will take you closer to the stars. Vilnius Interactive Treasure Hunt

Format of the Treasure Hunt Vilnius Official Interactive Treasure hunt is incentive event, where teams in a non-traditional way discovers Vilnius Treasures; the sites, history, locals and culture. NEWS! This event can also be booked in Druskininkai, Trakai & Kaunas (more on the way). Your group is divided into teams and each are issued a team pack which consists of a list of Photo Challenges, Scavenger Challenges and Local Knowledge Challenges. Each group should provide a digital camera. The goal is to complete as many challenges as possible in given time and in the most creative way. You win by solving the Challenges which leads you to the treasures of Vilnius. The Winning Team receives the Reward. Photo Challenges Using their own camera the team must capture on film actions or deeds as well some seemingly impossible missions. Photos could include the team with a policeman, a human pyramid, in a barber’s chair, pouring a pint behind a bar or others seemingly impossible missions… Scavenger Challenges Each team is given a list of items they must collect along the way. These may include an item of local historical significance, an item related to your company, a Lithuanian flag, Baltic Gold... Local Knowledge Challenges Each team must answer a range of questions relating to the local area. These include questions where answers are obtained by asking locals, on local sports teams, relating to local statues, buildings, landmarks etc. Most of the questions will be about the destinations and other logical questions; however others will require deeper digging! Back at the Head Quarters, the end point (bar, conference room, restaurant etc..) we receive answers and calculate points. Announcing of winners and showing photos can be done min. after 1 hour from teams have arrived. Meanwhile the teams can have a meal, or just talk about the day with a drink. Medieval Weapon Tournament

This event provides firsthand experience with the medieval weapon tournaments. When the Medieval knights compete in honour their skills in accuracy, aiming and concentration where tested in the classic medieval weapons; Crossbow, Archery (long bow) & Axe throwing. Lithuania was first mentioned in 1009, formed a state ca. 1183, and developed into a powerful empire in the 14th century. It survived and gained power in the constant fight with the Teutonic Knights, supported by almost the whole of Catholic Europe, the Tartar hordes and Muscovite Russia. This event takes place in the picturesque landscape near the majestic Gothic castle on the island of Galve Lake, the town's flower which is the only castle surrounded by water in Eastern and Central Europe. Trakai was the administrative, economic and defensive centre of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania at the beginning of the 14th century. Medieval Warfare

This event provides firsthand experience with the medieval times warfare. Lithuania was first mentioned in 1009, formed a state ca. 1183, and developed into a powerful empire in the 14th century. It survived and gained power in the constant fight with the Teutonic Knights, supported by almost the whole of Catholic Europe, the Tartar hordes and Muscovite Russia. This event takes place in the picturesque landscape near the majestic Gothic castle on the island of Galve Lake, the town's flower, which is the only castle surrounded by water in Eastern and Central Europe. Siege The castle You will have a chance to build and shoot with a Catapult - perhaps the greatest introduction to siege warfare in medieval times. A well-built Catapult could handle large missiles making it much more difficult for castle walls to withstand this new weapon of medieval times. Each team is to make a catapult of wood poles, the construction must be very carefully planned and the quality asset before the team will test it with shooting with a head of cabbage. Medieval weapon tournament Participants will get bows, axes, targets and arrows. The task is to get as many points as possible. Encourage the team to concentrate and achieve most points per team or individual results. Castle Sightseeing Inside the castle, there is the Trakai Historic Museum where visitors can see some interesting old armament collections as well as other historic exhibits. Many 16th-17th century tiles, coins, pottery, bone chessmen and other items were discovered while excavating the Castle site. These are now exhibited in the Trakai History Museum. The museum also contains ethnographic and applied art collections. General Terms & Conditions Locations of event/activities & schedule Many of our activities & events have a permanent location, but are often also organised at clients preferred venue. In this case separate conditions apply. It’s essential that timings are kept otherwise we can’t guarantee that the services can be provided according to the program. Our liability We have event organiser’s liability insurance (not covering motorized activities). Our insurance is not a personal accident insurance, but covers our liability. For all activities participants must be adequately insured. It is the responsibility of the participants not to be intoxicated for any activities where being intoxicated can lead to any accidents of themselves or others. Booking & payment conditions Client A booking is confirmed once a non-refundable booking deposit of 30 % has been received not later than 5 working days from booking or according to separate agreement. If payment isn’t done we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled. Outstanding balance is due to be paid at least 45 days before event date or according to separate agreement. If booking is made within 45 days prior to event then 100 % is paid or according to separate agreement as confirmation of the booking. Cancellation of your booking can be made at any time. The cancellation will be accepted when we receive a written confirmation (by email). If booking is cancelled more than 45 days before the event date then 30 % cancellation fee applies. If booking is cancelled within 45 days before the event day then 100 % cancellation fee applies and no refunds can be made or according to separate agreement. Force One If we, Force One, for some reasons (weather, suppliers etc) need to make changes to the booking and/or prices and/or programs, we will inform immediately. If we need to cancel, then we will try to find suitable alternatives of an equal standard. Should you not wish to accept these alternatives then we will give a full refund of all paid amount once we have received funds from the relevant supplier(s). We as usually organise this or client can do it. We organise all kinds of accommodation: 5* resort hotels, cosy countryside wooden cabins, city hotels, B&B all depending of the needs. Motorized activities 1. If damage is made from not following instructions or on purpose, then damage is covered by the client ordering the service. 2. As a general rule, if a driver is not listening and following instructions they are not allowed to drive. 3. Driver must have valid driver license.
