Hired! Apprenticeship Program A workforce preparation and apprenticeship program designed to meet the employment and career-exploration needs of CYSS teens 15-18 years of age. Hired! Apprentices commit to working (15) fifteen hours per week with employers on the installation while concurrently participating in workforce preparation/career exploration workshops over a (12)twelve week term. Terms occur during Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall. Youth must complete the necessary application process and meet all prerequisites to be eligible for the program. FCC homes on and off post comply with Army regulations (AR 608-10) in reference to adult to child ratios, the USDA Food Program nutritional requirements and training guidelines.
