ThalassoTherapy Thalasso del Forte, considered one of the world’s most revolutionary thalassotherapy centres, opened in 1990 after fifteen years of scientific research into the waters and salt of sardinia. What is unusual about its method is the innovative concept of saline density: different concentrations and different Mediterranean salts, from magnesium to sodium, make each of the six pools used in the process unique. The Thalasso del Forte team has come up with a method which amplifies the benefits of bathing in the sea a hundred-fold, improving its detoxifying, draining and anti-inflammatory effects.
The ThalassoTherapy process The treatment process used at Thalasso del Forte includes six pools of seawater at different saline densities and temperatures. The first three pools offer the detoxifying and draining benefits of brine containing a high concentration of minerals. The fourth, fifth and sixth pools complete the regenerating programme with virgin Forte seawater at decreasing temperatures to stabilise the exchanges that have taken place between the body and the minerals in the sea brine.

sea oil A high concentration of magnesium salts allows the body to float extraordinarily, releasing tension on the weight-bearing joints and profoundly relaxing the muscles. Forte sea Water This pool has hydromassages directed at various parts of the body, from the sole of the foot to the abdominal and dorsal muscles. The motion and pressure of the water promote cell turnover, encouraging elimination of toxins and excess fluids, which are brought to the surface by the action of the salts in the previous three pools.

sea oil with aloe and Mint Thalassotherapy meets phytotherapy, and sea oil is combined with aloe, appreciated for centuries for its regenerative and anti-inflammatory effect on skin tissues, and refreshing mint. heavenly legs course Kneipp Method A LOCALISED DRAINING TREATMENT FOR CELLULITE AND CIRCULATORY PROBLEMS OF THE LOWER LIMBS Passing through waters of high saline density at decreasing temperatures (dropping from 36째C to 11째C) has a unique tonifying action, dilating and constricting the blood vessels and draining excess fluids. Carboxytherapy is performed with a certified device that injects medicinal grade carbon dioxide (CO2) under the skin with a fine needle connected to the machine. Sterile, personally calibrated application takes place under strict medical control. The treatment is safe because CO2 is nontoxic and cannot cause an embolism. CO2 injection results in improvement of capillary circulation through active dilation of the arteries; reduction of fat deposits through increased local oxygenation and direct lipoclasy; improved skin tone and elasticity.
Oxygen therapy uses hyperbaric oxygen to improve the circulation in the skin, toning and revitalizing it and permitting administration of important nourishing and hydrating actives such as hyaluronic acid, vitamins and stem cells.
