Bubble Guppies Swim Program Splish splash, we’re having a bash at the Bubble Guppies instructional swim program! It’s time for fun and learning from 9-10 a.m. every Tuesday and Thursday at Eyster Pool. Bubble Guppies is a parent and child swim program that offers 20 minutes of water safety and skills training by a certified water safety instructor, followed by 40 minutes of water play. The program is open to ages 6 months-5 years, and parents must accompany children in the water. No advance registration is required. Participation costs $5 per family. Community Life + Intramural Volleyball Get ready to bump, set and spike your way to the top: It’s time for the Community Life and Intramural Volleyball League at Fort Riley! The competition on the court is heating up, and the battles are going to be fierce. The league runs October 19-December 14 at Whitside Fitness Center. Games are played Wednesday nights. Play is open to all DoD ID card holders ages 18 and older. Registration is now under way and is free for company-level teams of active-duty Soldiers, or $150 per team for all others. Registration is capped at 20 teams, with a maximum of 12 players per team. Registration closes October 12; sign up early to ensure your team’s slot. Activeduty teams qualify for Commander’s Cup points. Coaches meetings will take place at Whitside Fitness Center at 5 p.m. September 29 and October 6.
